Description
ARX® is a new 3D material that provides a high ventilation, pressure absorption and high comfort. The material has a very complex structure with a core of nylon. The surface and inside are both durable as well as comfortable. The design provides an optimal elasticity and compression in combination with excellent ventilation.
This short thumb brace is specially designed to provide a good support over the thenar eminence and a light support over the wrist. The ARX® material provides excellent ventilation, pressure absorption and high comfort. The brace has a special design over the ulnar side to prevent the transversal arch of the palm getting squeezed. The splint pocket is made from double woven nylon to provide maximum durability. The splint is made from a thin flexi steel that can be easily adjusted. The thumb grip is adjustable.
Indications: Pain, overloading or ligament injuries to the CMC- or MP-joint, osteoarthrosis or rheumatic problems like arthritis.
